Been swimming again this morning. Got up in time today so had 45mins in the pool, and managed a staggering 25 lengths (625 metres).
I'm quite pleased with that. And as usual celebrated with a cup of tea in the local cafe. This morning I was joined by my gorgeous assistant, R.
